Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon
A simple, healthy way to enjoy a quick salmon meal, any night of the week with a delicious, tangy glaze.

Ingredients

Small salmon fillets, or one large
1/4
cup
Dijon mustard
2
tbsp
Honey
Salt and pepper
Fresh thyme
Instructions
Move oven rack above center of oven, or about 6 inches from the heat. Turn the broil setting on.
Lay salmon fillets skin side down on baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
In the small bowl, combine dijon mustard and honey. Mix well.
Using a basting brush, spread honey mustard all over the top of the fillets. Reserve the rest for later.
Broil for 10 minutes.
Brush additional honey mustard on top and return to oven.
Broil for an additional 5 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees F.
Garnish with fresh thyme and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftover salmon in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
