Place the steamer trivet that came with your Instant Pot in the bottom.
Pour 1 cup of water into the bottom of the Instant Pot.
Gently set one or more eggs onto the trivet, stacking them on top of one another if necessary.
Lock lid in place and set the valve to Sealing. Use the Pressure Cook setting for 5 minutes.
Once the 5 minutes is up, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes.
While waiting, fill a large mixing bowl with some ice and cold water.
After 5 minutes, manually release any remaining pressure and remove the lid.
Carefully place the eggs into the bowl of ice water and set a timer for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes is up, remove the eggs from the water, peel, and enjoy! Or refrigerate for later!
